Implemented projects since 1994:
1994 - 1999: "Center for psychotherapy for women's and kids under trauma", Tuzla, BiH
1996 -1998: "Group work of self-help: Women's help women's", Refugee camp Karaula, Tuzla, BiH
1994 -1999: "Psycho educative workshops with women's - torture victims" - Refugee settlements: Višća, Grab Potok, Karaula, BiH
1996 -1998. Project of self-employment: "Agency fro cleaning STELLA", users from program of therapy treatment in stationary, Tuzla, BiH
1999 - 2003: "Therapy center for women's and kids" Tuzla
Location: project was Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Focus of activities was on psychosocial support to war widows and their children. Program was implemented trough stationary psychotherapy treatment. 120 women's and 180 children were get a psychotherapy treatment. All users were improving their emotional and psychic stability; traumatic experience is integrated.
1999 - till now: "Social cure - trust building renew", Dokanj
Location: Tuzla municipality, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Focus of activities is on establishment of social network between different ethnic groups in Tuzla sub-urban area. Trough workshops and social-therapeutic work social network is renew and communication between different ethic groups is improved. Vive Žene cooperate with office of Local community and Primary school in Dokanj.
1999 - till now: "Psycho-social heal of inhabitants in refugee settlement", Špionica
Location: Srebrenik municipality, Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Focus of activities is empowering of refugee inhabitants with aim to motivate to take active role in creation of its own future. There are 450 users engaged in this program.
1997 - 2005: "Pedagogic work with kids-refugees" Refugee settlement Mihatovići, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Location: Refugee settlement Mihatovići; Tuzla municipality, Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This project was in cooperation with Tuzla municipality who was secure infrastructure (kindergarten). Focus of activities was on pedagogic work with children in age 2 - 12 years. Vive Žene was responsible for pedagogic program and observation of work of kindergarten: every year 55 children were engaged in this program.
2003 - 2004: "Help to centers for Social work" in Tuzla canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Location: Tuzla Canton, Professional advice and help in multidisciplinary development of 12 Centers for Social work. Six centers were accepted this model of work as a vision of future work.
2005 - till now: "Pedagogic workshops and non-violent communication with kids in post-war BH society"
Location: Tuzla canton and Republic Srpska
Program aim is to help and stimulate psycho emotional development of children in heavy social-economic situations.
2003 - 2006: "Psychotherapeutic center for women's and kids", Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Location: Tuzla municipality, Bosnia and Herzegovina; Complete services of rehabilitation for those who survive war. A priority was women's and their children. Program of the center was conducted by side of multidisciplinary team which was divided on stationary and ambulance treatment.
2006 - 2007: "Psychological support for victims of torture and witnesses before, during and after process of testifying on the court" - training for NGO professionals and justice institutions employees.
2006 - till now: "Facing with past - way of recovery", Bratunac municipality, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Location: Republic of Srpska, Bratunac municipality; psychosocial work with returnee population and domicile inhabitants. Project aim is stabilization of return, decrease and prevention of conflict between inhabitants from different ethnic groups.
2007 - till now: "Center for therapy and rehabilitation of torture victims",
Location: Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Main aim is to improve mental health of torture victims, who are tortured during and after the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and violence in family, and to improve prevention of torture trough multidisciplinary approach, and intervene psychotherapy, psychosocial, social, medical and legal advisory.
Our intension is to reduce effects of trauma cause disorders in lives of victims who are tortured, raped or maltreat, and to help them with their emotional cure.
