Whole stuff work on Project implementation cause of specific way of work which Vive Žene perform. This is necessary as our Center is open for 24 hours, a 7 days in week. Personnel is not divided by programs (Stationary, Ambulance, Community, Archiving, Investigation.), flexible model of activities implementation is active. Professional and technical personnel work on all programs (Sample: Therapist who work in stationary sometimes work on field too; Pedagogues who work with group on field, works with groups in stationary too). Daily work is organized by operative plan of activities which is adopted to program demands and it is internally evaluated every three months.
